SPIN Car Wash

Be cautious subscribing to the unlimited car wash plan!!! I have been a subscriber of this car wash for what I believe to be a year. I sometimes go twice a week... I just went to use my unlimited car wash subscription and the gate did not work. The employee said that I was not in the system, however my credit card has been charged monthly for a while and was charged this month. I was turned away... I also have a SPIN sticker on my car and they don't recognize me as a customer. The employee said that I would need to contact the owner because he never responds to him as an employee. Although, the car wash provides a pretty good wash, their accounting platform apparently doesn't work. I tried to call the phone on the website and it does not work. I have also emailed the website email address with no response as of yet. If I don't hear from them, I will have to notify my bank to cancel my card so they won't continue billing me. I hope they call to rectify this situation

DO NOT GO HERE! I do not like when businesses take advantage of people. Please people this location is a waste of your money. You will get a better wash at a gas station car wash to keep it 100% honest. It was my 1st time at this location and I purchased the Top Spin package for $32 it is their ultimate package and i had bugs on the front so i thought that would do the job. When I was done going through the car wash my car was still wet like the dryer didn't do anything, the bugs were still on my car because the guys didn't even spray wash it before I entered since their bug solution wasn't working either, my rims looked the same as when I went in and the tire shine was not even sprayed on well. Plus, they want you to purchase the towels to dry your car and for $32 the service was horrible. I had to rewash and that still didn't do a good job. Then they told me I had to contact the support email to get a refund and after 8 days I just received an email saying they won't refund because the service was rendered already. Of course it was rendered and it wasn't done properly and i am not satisfied, that is why i am requesting a refund obviously. I canceled the membership and they better not dare charge my card as I did it the same day it was activated. I also noticed that you can't go through the car wash more than once in a day under the Unlimited car wash membership. THIS IS A Terrible membership! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RETAINING CUSTOMERS OR PROVIDING A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE. THEIR STAFF LOOK LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE AND I DON'T BLAME THEM. THEIR OFFICE CONDITIONS ARE POOR AS WELL AS HOW THEY ARE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS AND THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS OR LOWER THEIR PRICES TO MATCH THEIR HORRIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE!

I used this car wash for a long time and it was a good service and the staff were kind and attentive, but the new staff are rude and have no respect for regular customers. Even the manager is not there and no one knows when he will be. So you still need to come more than once to cancel your membership. Tomorrow will have to waste my time again to cancel the membership.
